Jayden Frankfather

When Jayden was only 2 months old, she was diagnosed with a very rare heart defect called ALCAPA, Anomalous Left Coronary Artery from the Pulmonary Artery. Before her second birthday, Jayden had already undergone 4 open-heart surgeries. Today, she is a healthy and happy 2 year old! Jordan Frankfather

Jordan loves to take care of her little sister, Jayden. When Jayden was diagnosed with ALCAPA, her parents decided to have Jordan's heart checked as well. They discovered Jordan had a large ASD, Atrial Septal Defect, which would need to be corrected through open-heart surgery. Today, Jordan is a very active 4 year old!
